This pull request introduces comprehensive documentation for the Strapi Widgets API and adds a new future flag for the unstable Widgets API. The changes include a detailed markdown file explaining how to register, configure, and use widgets in the Strapi admin panel, as well as a new feature configuration option to enable the experimental widgets system. A new dev-docs.json file was also added to specify the AI provider.
